How Does Wooloo Work?
When you receive a new order in Woocommerce, Wooloo uses the name and address to look up the person in the Lumentis.io API. When it finds your customer, it enhances it with our data, then copies it to your CRM within seconds. It’s that simple and you start gaining insights into just who your customers are and how to better reach them.
What CRMs Does Wooloo Support?
Right now the plugin connects with the Hubspot CRM API. We are working on other CRMs, but if you want, we can move your CRM to the top of the list to do sooner if you’d like.
What Do You Need To Make This Work
Well, of course you need to have Woocommerce running on your WordPress website including Admin access to install plugins. The Wooloo plugin is free to install, but you will need to purchase a license and get a Lumentis API key to begin using it. Once that is setup, you can set it and just let it run in the background, constantly updating your records.
